By using immoswipe AI via any MCP-compatible client (Claude, Cursor, custom apps, etc.), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
immoswipe AI is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that provides:
- Property search functionality for Swiss real estate
- Listings from immoswipe's database of apartments and houses
- Read-only access to property information
- Filtering by city, price, rooms, square meters, and other criteria
3. Permitted Use
- Search for properties in Switzerland
- View property details, images, and pricing
- Compare properties and filter search results
- Access property information for personal, non-commercial use
4. Prohibited Use
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download property data
- Use the service for commercial data aggregation
- Bypass rate limits or overwhelm the API
- Resell or redistribute property information
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
5. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific response times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

- Availability, prices, and details may change without notice
- We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information
- Always verify property details directly with the property provider
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 immoswipe Content
- immoswipe AI interface, branding, and software are owned by immoswipe GmbH
- Property listings are owned by their respective providers
- Images and media are copyrighted by property owners/photographers
7.2 User Rights
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute property images, use immoswipe branding without permission, or create derivative works of the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
- immoswipe AI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service
- We are not liable for property information accuracy
- We are not a party to rental or sale agreements
- Maximum liability is limited to CHF 100
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless immoswipe GmbH from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of property information, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Privacy
Your use of immoswipe AI is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Third-Party Services
11.1 AI Clients
Use of immoswipe AI through any MCP client is subject to that client's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for their operation or policies.
11.2 Property Providers
Interactions with property owners or rental platforms are subject to their own terms and conditions.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms, abusive or excessive use, or at our discretion without notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swiss courts.
